We bought our motorhome from Premier Motorhomes in 2013 and cannot praise highly enough their exemplary customer service and attention to detail. When we collected the van it was found to have an engine fault which was, to quote the manufacturer (Fiat) ‘unheard of’ and could not have been detected during pre-sale checks. Premier went way above the call of duty in liaising with the manufacturer and arranging for the repair to be carried out as swiftly as possible, even putting us up in a hotel at their own expense whilst we waited for the fault to be fixed.
 
Since then we have contacted the team on several occasions with typical newbie queries to which the Premier staff have always shown incredible helpfulness and diligence (and patience!). Examples include talking us through the hot water system – again – when we couldn’t remember how to re-set it after a cold snap, and even sending an extra-long TV cable to a campsite we were staying on when we arrived to find that ours was too short.
 
Every single member of staff with whom we have had dealings, Sales and Service department alike, have never failed to be anything but friendly and professional. Never were we made to feel pressured to buy or silly about the questions we have asked.
 
We live 300 miles away from where the firm is based in Chichester with many other motorhome dealerships in between, but when the time comes to change or downsize our motorhome we will buy from no-one else, such is the exceptional level of sales and after-sales care we have enjoyed from Premier Motorhomes.
